Meizu has scheduled an event on August 10 in China and is expected to launch a smartwatch & a smartphone. This upcoming E Series from Meizu is expected to similar to flagship devices from Meizu, but will use Samsung processor as per recent rumors / leaks floating around. But the images that are leaked today show that it is powered by Mediatek MT 6755 i.e Helio P10 and Mali T860 GPU. Helio P10 is the first processor in Mediatek mainstream P Series which uses Octa-Core Cortex-A53 CPU.
We do not have much information about the Meizu M1E before this leak, but one of the leaked images reproduced below gives us a bit of information about its specifications. As per that images, Meizu M1E sports a Full HD 1080p display and comes with 3 GB of RAM. There is no information about the display size, but looking at the images we can safely assume that the display is 5.5 inch.
The leak also suggests that Meizu M1E runs on Android 6.0 marshmallow based Flyme OS 5.2.1. It comes with 13 MP main rear camera, whereas the front camera details is not available in the leaked images. The image show a main rear camera with a LED flash placed below the camera. We expect a fingerprint sensor embedded in the front home button.
