Images of the Google Pixel XL aka the HTC nexus Marlin are leaked on Weibo a few minutes ago. And this is what the phone looks like inside a clear TPU back case.
The design of the phone does match precisely, with what we saw from a leak back in July. And of course it matches with the one we reported about two weeks ago.
Here are a few things which we observed with the new leaked renders. There is no G logo (button) on the homescreen, from the new Nexus launcher, which suggests this render could be a slightly dated one. Speaking of the G logo, it can clearly be seen on the back of the phone. the back panel does have the dual color design, and houses the fingerprint scanner along with the rear camera which as we know from another leak a 12 megapixel snapper.

In case you haven’t noticed it, the wallpaper is the same on almost every leak we have seen. The big bezels aside, the Google Pixel XL does look good in light gray/black, doesn’t it?
There is still no word as to when Google will launch the Pixel and the Pixel XL, but rumours suggest that the devices will be shipped with Android 7.1 Nougat, and that they might be released in October.
