Xiaomi has scheduled an event for 27th September in China and is expected to launch Xiaomi Mi 5S smartphone at the event. Apart from Mi 5S, we have seen rumors around Xiaomi Mi Note 2 and thanks to these rumors, we already have seen Xiaomi Mi Note 2 Full Specs, Real Photos and Box images. Today, a new flagship smartphone or may be a variant Mi Note 2 is spotted on Weibo. The new device appears as Mi Note 2 Pro and the leak comes in the form of “About Phone” Screenshot along with basic details of the smartphone.
The leaked about phone screen suggests that Mi Note 2 Pro is powered by a 2.6 GHz Quad core Processor which we assume as Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 along with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of internal storage. It runs on MIUI 8 6.9.8 based on Android 7.0 Nougat operating system.
We are not sure how authentic is this leaked screenshot as we are yet to hear about a MIUI 8 variant from Xiaomi which is based on Android 7.0 Nougat operating system, except in recent leaks. So this may be fake, who knows.
On the other hand, Xiaomi Mi Note 2 sports a 5.7 inch 2K display along with 3D touch & is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 821 along with 4 GB / 6 GB of RAM and 64 GB / 128 GB/ 256 GB of internal storage.
