Most of the android users install one of the keyboard apps for better typing on the smartphone. These keyboard apps are combination of free and paid ones, with apps like Swype, Swiftkey & Touchpal falling in the popular category. I am a big fan of these keyboard apps as it help you type faster on your smartphone instead of using the default one which often needs to to type each letter one by one (except the recent Jelly Bean keyboard which also supports Gesture or flow kind of typing).
Touchpal has gone one step ahead and has created something more than just the gesture or flow. The latest offering TouchPal Wave beta comes with a sentence based gesture input technology to input a sentence with simple gesture presented by them at 2013 Mobile World Congress.
In addition to the existing method available with the existing Touchpal app i.e Standard Typing with Advanced Word Prediction & TouchPal Curve, it uses the TouchPal Wave which is a combination of the first two input methods. Checkout the youtube video to get a feel of it.

We have tested it on our Nexus 4 and found it extremely fast & better than existing keyboard apps (My personal opinion). Even though it is in beta, but we never faced any issues while using it.
