Spice has launched another model Smart Flo Mettle 5X in entry level budget segment of smartphones. Smart Flo Mettle 5X is a dual Sim (2G+2G) smartphone powered by 1.3 GHz Dual Core processor with 4GB ROM with support for expandable memory up to 32 GB. In terms of RAM, the device is powered by 512MB RAM. The device is powered by Android 4.2 Jelly Bean operating system.
The device comes with 8 mega-pixel rear camera with Auto Focus & LED Flash and 1.3 MP front camera.
The device is powered by a pretty good 1800mAh battery which gives talk-time of more than 4 hours and up to 150 hours standby time.
In terms of connectivity, the device supports Bluetooth 4.0, Wi-Fi & EDGE, but if you are looking for 3G connectivity then you may be disappointed. The device comes with NO 3G support. But keeping the fact that most of the entry level smartphone users in India are only 2G users, it may have been left intentionally to keep the device price low and affordable.
It also comes with some preinstalled apps like BBM and features like Flip to mute.

Smart Flo Mettle 5X will be available at Rs. 6,499/- across India through online portal Homeshop18. Spice will be launching two more models in the Mettle series, the Mettle 4X and Mettle 3.5X later this month.
