Google has released four commercials to promote Android Wear devices.
Let’s face it. Android Wear hasn’t taken off as well as it was hyped to be. Perhaps, Google has finally realised that people aren’t finding the smartwatches useful and these ads could help change that opinion.
The videos are 16 seconds long, (except for the fourth which runs for 30 seconds) and show off the features of Android Wear “At a glance”, and how they can be useful in different scenarios.
The first one shows Voice Search in action

The third one is about Texting (using Voice command)

The fourth is a combination of the above three, and shows off three smartwatches: The LG G Watch, the Samsung Gear Live and the upcoming Moto 360.

The Moto 360 will be unveiled on Septemeber 4th, will you be getting one?
While the watches and the features are great, the manufacturers miss one key point. Not everyone can afford a smartwatch, especially when they are more expensive than smartphones.
