LG G watch was one of the earliest Smartwatch based on Android Wear, yet Moto 360 got more eyeballs and buzz even though it wasn’t released publicly. LG has now announced LG G Watch R, which is a round smartwatch with P-OLED display and looks a bit similar to Moto 360 too. LG G Watch R will be unveiled at IFA 2014 in Berlin next week. It comes with a circular Plastic OLED (P-OLED) display and utilizes 100 percent of its watch face.
LG claims of superb image clarity even under bright sunlight or if viewed from any angle. LG G Watch R is powered by a 1.2GHz Snapdragon 400 processor supported by 512MB of RAM. In terms of storage it comes with 4GB of internal storage and is powered by a 410mAh battery. It also comes with an Ingress Protection IP67 Rating letting it run for up to 30 minutes in one meter of water.

The smartwatch can run all Android Wear compatible apps available in the Google Play Store. It also comes with LG health and fitness apps, photoplethysmography (PPG) sensor letting users monitor their heart rate .
