Earlier in October, Sony unveiled it’s plans to update it’s devices to Android 5.0 Lollipop.
Today, the company posted a very short Halloween themed video reminding users about it’s plans.
It’s a Facebook video, which you can watch here.
One particular device will get the update within the next few weeks, the Sony Z Ultra Google Play edition.

- Xperia Z Ultra

- Xperia Z2
- Xperia Z2 Tablet
- Xperia Z3
- Xperia Z3v
- Xperia Z3 Compact
- Xperia Z3 Tablet Compact
The Xperia Z3 and Xperia Z2 series will get the Lollipop update in early 2015, with the remaining devices following after.
We are drawing close to the official roll out of Android Lollipop for the Nexus devices, which should begin next week.
