Mi India has officially launched the Redmi Note in India today.
The 5.5″ phablet will come in two versions.
Difference between Redmi Note and Note 4G:
The Redmi Note is powered by a MediaTek Processor, a Mali-450 GPU, has Dual SIM and runs on Android 4.3 JellyBean. The Note 4G has a SnapDragon 400 processor, an Adreno 305 GPU, runs on Android 4.4 KitKat, and is a single SIM device. The Note 4G supports upto 64 GB expandable memory, while the Note supports only up to 32 GB.
And there is a minor difference in the weights of the two devices, with the Note slightly over weighing the other by 14 gms.

The Redmi Note has been priced at Rs 8,999, they have slashed the price by One Thousand Rupees, like when they launched the Redmi 1S. Registrations for the first sale of the Note opens on November 25th, and the first sale will take place on December 2nd, and retail exclusively at Flipkart.
The Redmi Note 4G has been priced at Rs 9,999 and will be available later in December.
