Motorola has officially announced that the Android Lollipop OTA Update for the Moto G is rolling out to the 1st Gen and 2nd Gen devices in India.
The update is also rolling out for the Moto G 2nd Gen in the US.
The announcement was made by Motorola’s official twitter account:
#Lollipop is rolling out in phases to #MotoG (2nd Gen) in US & #MotoG (1st & 2nd Gen) in India. Look for the notification on your device!

A member of a Moto G community on Google+ captured the final Lollipop OTA update on his 1st Gen Asian XT 1033. And it appears to be the same build as the soak test which was leaked a few weeks ago. You can check the screenshot posted by the user here.
And Motorola’s Release notes (Change Log) also shows that the latest build number is 220.21.28.

The roll out will be done slowly in phases to the rest of the Moto G users. Meanwhile you can manually check if the Lollipop OTA update is available by navigating to Settings > About Phone >System Updates.
