We reported about this nearly a year ago, but its better late than never.
MixRadio (formerly owned by Nokia), is now available for Android and iOS devices.
The music streaming app and service, was created by Finnish phone maker, Nokia in 2007. Following Microsoft’s acquisition of Nokia, MixRadio was included in the Redmond company’s Windows Phone operating system, where it became a popular app.
Last year, Microsoft sold MixRadio to LINE. However, the app is still available to Windows Phones, and will continue to exist. MixRadio CEO Jyrki Rosenberg said,
“We will also continue to deliver a great service to existing users on Windows Phone,.”
Today, the company announced that MixRadio is now available for Android and iOS devices, from their respective app stores.
