After this tieup, customers can touch and feel Flipkart’s exclusive range of smartphones at selected Spice Hotspot outlets. The consumers can even then place their order on the Flipkart app and take the delivery of the phones at the same store or at their home address.
This tieup between Flipkart and Spice Hotspot is targeted mainly at smaller Tier-3 and Tier-4 towns cities in India where online shopping is still catching up. It is aimed at helping those consumers who are still scared to but anything online and prefer offline retail stores.
