A week ago, we reported that the LeEco Le 2 had been spotted on Weibo.
And now, a new mystery LeEco device has been leaked.
The phone which you see above is likely the LeEco Le 2. It does similar to the Le 1S. And so does the USB Type C port and the bottom facing speaker grilles. But there are distinctions which set the devices apart.
The most obvious of which is the LeEco logo, which replaces the LeTV logo on the back of the phone. Secondly, the phone does not have a metal back, and instead has some sort of patterned design on the back, which could be leather.
Then there is the fact that the Le 2, has a square shaped fingerprint scanner where as the Le 1S has a round one. The rear camera on the Le 2 is also a square one.
The appearance of two different designs of the LeEco Le 2 does seem to be intriguing. Is the Chinese OEM planning to release 2 different versions of the phone?
