It appears that almost every brand / OEM is working on putting dual camera setup on their smartphones. This trend started with Huawei P9, followed by other brands with devices such as Honor 8, Honor V8, Redmi Pro etc. The latest one in this category is Qiku 360 as one of their upcoming smartphones that got listed on Chinese certification portal TENAA comes with dual camera setup. Live images of this Qiku 360 phone have also leaked gives us a good look of the actual smartphone.
As per TENAA listing, the model number of the new smartphone is 1515-A01. It sports a 5.5 inch Full HD AMOLED display and is powered by an 1.4 GHz octa-core processor with 4 GB of RAM. In terms of storage, it comes with 128 GB of internal storage along with support for expandable storage via microsd card up to 128 GB. It runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow based operating system.
In terms of camera, it comes with 13 MP main rear dual cameras with LED flash and a 13 MP front shooter for selfies. A fingerprint sensor module is located below the main rear camera.
It measures 156.5 × 80 × 8.3 (mm) and weighs 170 grams. It is backed by a battery of 3200 mAh capacity.
Apart from this TENAA listing, few live images of another variant of this dual camera phone from Qiku 360 have also leaked. Have a look:
One small difference that you can easily note if you compare the back panel of the phone with TENAA images, is location of LED flash. The LED flash in TENAA image is located below the dual camera or above the fingerprint sensor whereas in the leaked image, LED flash is located on the right side of the dual cameras.
The leak also suggests that it is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 820, whereas the TENAA listing specifies Octa-core CPU powering the phone.
Based on the TENAA listing and the leaked images, we can assume that these two are two variants of Qiku 360 Dual camera smartphones powered by different processors, that may be launched pretty soon. Stay tuned at Androidpure and we will keep you updated.
