Xiaomi surprised everyone by launching almost borderless or bezelless Mi Mix smartphone with 6.4 inch display that covers 84.16% of the front body, along with Xiaomi Mi Note 2. Mi Mix launch was followed by a rumor which suggests that even Meizu is working on a borderless phone with high screen to body ratio, and may get official on December 24.
Today, a new rumor originating on Weibo indicate that even Huawei may be working on bringing a similar device like Xiaomi Mi Mix. The rumor indicates that this Huawei concept phone may come with four-sided curved display unlike the dual curved display. Four sided curved display indicate too high body to screen ratio close to 100% (which appears too good to be true at the moment) and no bezels even at the bottom of the front display which Xiaomi Mi Mix still has.
The rumor also indicate that the concept phone may be launched under the Honor brand instead of Huawei and will be priced lower than the Huawei Mate 9 flagship device. The launch under Honor brand is puzzling though as, a borderless or edgeless smartphone is bound to add an incredible value to the brand.
