Vivo is expected to announce Vivo X9 and X9 Plus during an official launch event on 16th November in China which is just 2 days away. Thanks to numerous leaks, we already know that Vivo X9 and X9 Plus comes with all-metal body, U-shaped antenna, 1.59 mm ultra-narrow border, Fifth-generation Corning Glass Protection along with front dual camera setup of 20 MP + 8 MP sensors. Earlier rumors have pointed out these devices are powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 653 processor with X9 coming with 4 GB of RAM whereas X9 Plus with 6 GB of RAM.
A new leak in the form of alleged real image of Vivo X9 contradict the earlier rumor of Snapdragon 653 powering the Vivo X9. As per this new image which show the phone about screen, reveals that Vivo X9 is powered by 2.0 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 625 and not Snapdragon 653. It also indicates that the device comes with 4GB of RAM and runs on Funtouch OS 3.0 based on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow based operating system. Vivo has already confirmed front dual camera setup with 20 MP + 8 MP sensors. We can see the dual front camera at the top and the home button at the bottom. It is backed by a 3050 mAh Battery.
Vivo X9 Plus is the higher variant with a 5.88 inch Full HD 1080p display, powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 653 processor along with 6 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage. It comes with same front dual camera setup of 20 MP + 8 MP camera sensors and a 16 MP main rear camera. It is backed by a 4000 mAh Battery instead of 3,000 mAh.
