Vivo has just launched a new selfie focussed smartphone Vivo V5s as expected. Vivo V5s can be considered as an small upgrade over the existing Vivo V5 smartphones and comes with almost same specifications as V5 except the storage which is now doubled to 64 GB and a design change at the back panel which resembles more of V5 Plus. The phone works with Funtouch OS 3.0 instead of Funtouch 2.6 of V5.
Vivo V5s sports a 5.5 inch 720p HD display with 2.5D Corning Gorilla Glass 3 protection and is powered by 1.50 GHz Octa-Core Mediatek MT6750 processor along with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage. It runs on Funtouch OS 3.0 based on Android 6.0 (Marshmallow) operating system.
In terms of camera, it sports a 13 MP rear camera with LED Flash, f/2.0 aperture, PDAF and 20 MP front-shooter with Moonlight Flash for selfies. In terms of connectivity, it supports 4G LTE along with VOLTE. In terms of dimensions, it measures 153.8 x 75.5 x 7.55 mm and weighs 154 grams. It is backed by a 3,000 mAh battery but there is no fast charging support.
