Meizu is set to officially launch Meizu M6 Note on August 23, with the official teaser for the launch event suggesting a dual camera module with M6 Note. The official launch teaser shows “6” and the “Dual camera setup in a single image clearly indicating the dual camera setup. Today, alleged images of Meizu M6 Note has surfaced on the web which confirm presence of a dual camera module at the rear of the device along with Quad LED flash possibly. The leaked images show the rear of the device with back cover intact and then inside the device by removing the back cover clearly showing the vertically aligned dual camera module.
Based on the rumors, Meizu M6 Note is rumored to feature 5.5-inch Full HD 1080p display powered by MediaTek Helio P25 processor along with 3 GB / 4GB of RAM along with 32 Gb / 64 GB of internal storage. In terms of camera, it may feature a 13-megapixel main rear camera with Sony IMX258 sensor. Another rumor suggests MediaTek Helio P20 / Snapdragon 626 processor along with 3 GB / 4 GB of RAM, but contradicts the earlier rumor of Helio P25 processor. The rumor also suggests that the standard 3 GB RAM variant may be priced at 1099 Yuan while the higher variant may be priced at 1499 Yuan.
Whereas existing Meizu M5 Note features a 5.5 inch full HD 1080p 2.5D curved glass display, powered by an Octa-Core MediaTek Helio P10 processor. It runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow based operating system with Flyme OS 6.0 on top. It comes win two RAM variants and three storage variants i.e. a 3 GB RAM with 16/32 GB storage and other with 4 GB RAM & 64 GB storage. In terms of camera, it features a 13 MP main rear camera with PDAF and another 5 MP front shooter for selfies. The phone is backed by a 4000 mAh battery and includes fingerprint sensor.
