Xiaomi has just launched a new mid range smartphone Mi 6X in China. This could be the Mi A2 for the Indian smartphone market though it is still not confirmed. Mi 6X sports a 5.99-inch Full HD+ (2160×1080 pixels) 2.5D curved glass display, powered by Octa Core Snapdragon 660 14nm Mobile Platform along with 4GB / 6GB of RAM. It comes with 64GB / 128GB (eMMC 5.1) internal storage and runs on Android 8.1 (Oreo)based operating system with MIUI on top.
In terms of camera, it features a dual camera module at rear consisting of 12MP primary camera with LED flash, f/1.75 aperture, Sony IMX486 sensor + 20MP secondary camera with Sony IMX376 sensor with f/1.75 aperture. On the front, it comes with a 20MP front-shooter with Sony IMX376 sensor, soft LED flash for selfies & video calls.
The phone is backed by 3010mAh battery with Quick Charge 3.0 support. Other features include dual SIM support, Fingerprint sensor, Infrared sensor & USB Type-C audio.

The Xiaomi Mi 6X will be available in China from April 27th in Black, Blue, Red, Gold and Rose Gold color options. It is priced at 1599 yuan (~US$ 250 / Rs. 17,000) for the 4GB RAM + 64GB variant, 1799 yuan (~US$ 285 / Rs. 19,000) for the 6GB RAM + 64GB storage variant. Apart from these two variants, the 6GB RAM + 128GB variant costs 1999 yuan (~US$ 315 / Rs. 21,000).
