After much speculation and leaks, OnePlus has finally launched their next flagship device OnePlus 6 at a launch event in London yesterday followed by the launch in India today with price starting at Rs. 34999 for the 6GB RAM base variant. OnePlus 6 sports a 6.29-inch Optic AMOLED display having Corning Gorilla Glass 5 protection with a notch similar to iPhone X with ~84% screen-to-body ratio. Under the hood, the phone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 Mobile Platform with 6GB / 8GB of RAM. In terms of operating system, it runs on Android 8.1 (Oreo) based OS with OxygenOS 5.1 on top with a guaranteed upgrade to Android P beta soon.
In terms of camera, it features a dual camera module at rear consisting of 16MP Sony IMX519 primary sensor & secondary 20MP Sony IMX376K sensor while on the front there is a 16MP front-shooter with Sony IMX371 sensor for selfies & video calls. The phone is backed by 3300mAh battery with Dash Charge (5V – 4A)support.
