A Samsung Galaxy Note 9 leaked poster which we spotted online, has revealed that the phone will have a 3.5 mm headphone jack. This will come as much relief to music lovers, in an age when companies take a “courage”-ous move to skip the audio port, to make the design waterproof.
Also pictured in the poster are a USB Type-C port for data transfers and charging, a lone speaker grille, a noise cancellation microphone, the S-Pen port, and of course the S-Pen itself.
You can see the back panel of the phone in the Note 9 leaked poster, which shows the dual cameras placed horizontally along with an LED Flash module, and a heart rate sensor. A fingerprint scanner sits below the cameras, with a Samsung branding subtly placed just below the sensor.
The S-Pen seen in the Note 9 leaked poster, has been rumoured to have Bluetooth built-in to it to provide for advanced functionality. There is a tagline on the poster which reads “The new super powerful Note”. There is not much else to go on based on the picture, but with the launch date drawing closer, we can expect more news.
Considering the source of the leak is IceUniverse, a well known leaker who has been accurate in the past, when it comes to Samsung related leaks, we think this poster could be the real deal.
While we are on the topic of leaks, there are several leaked Galaxy Note 9 cases photos, which we posted yesterday. Those too confirm the design of the device to be the same as this leak and a few prior ones.
We will know for certain whether these details are true, when Samsung unveils the Galaxy Note 9th on August 9th in the Galaxy Unpacked event, in New York. The phone is expected to be available for purchase in the company’s home turf, from August 24th.
