Huawei sub-brand Honor is set to launch a new mid-range smartphone Honor 8C on October 11 in China. Even though the phone is yet to be officially unveiled, it is listed on the official store for pre-booking and reveals all the details of the device including hardware specifications and render images.
Honor 8C specifications
Based on the official listing of the phone, Honor 8C sports a 6.26-inch display with an aspect ratio of 19: 9 having a screen to body ratio of for 86.6%. Honor 8C will be the first smartphone to be powered by 14nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 632 Mobile Platform in spite of the fact that it was announced this year in June along with Snapdragon 439 and Snapdragon 429. It comes in two variants of storage i.e. 4GB RAM + 32GB ROM & 4GB RAM + 64GB ROM.
In terms of camera, it features an f / 1.8 large aperture 13 MP dual camera at rear with AI support while there is an 8MP front snapper for selfies & video calls. The phone is backed by a 4000 mAh battery. It includes a dedicated MicroSD card slot in addition to dual SIM card slots. The fingerprint sensor module is placed on the rear at the usual place.
At the moment, there are no pricing details available but pre-orders or pre-booking can be done by paying 100 Yuans.
