A few key technical specifications of the upcoming Oppo flagship phone, have been confirmed by the company’s Vice President, Brian Shen. The device will pack a large 4,065 mAh battery.
It will probably support the company’s Super VOOC Flash charging over the USB Type-C port. Speaking of which, Shen asked users on Weibo, if the company should retain the headphone jack, if the device has a USB Type-C port.
According to Shen, the new phone will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor. This suggests that the upcoming Oppo flagship phone, could be a part of the Find X series. In case you have forgotten, the 2018 flagship OPPO Find X, was powered by a Snapdragon 845 chipset.
The new device will support 10x optical zoom, which is pretty impressive. Shen’s previous posts indicate that the device will be equipped with a 48MP lens made by Sony, and it is probably the Sony IMX 586 sensor.

The device is set to be launched sometime in April, according to a teaser image. We can see three cutouts on the back panel, which could be for triple rear cameras and an LED flash. If that is the case, the phone will have an in-display fingerprint scanner.
