The Realme 7 Pro and Realme 7 have been announced in India. The devices have a higher price tag than the previous generation phones, but also offer better specifications.
The Realme 7 Pro features a 6.4-inch Super AMOLED Display that has a 98% NTSC colour gamut, 90.8% screen-to-body ratio, and is equipped with an In-display Fingerprint Sensor. The selfie camera on the screen is a 32MP lens with an f/2.5 aperture.
The handset runs on Realme UI based on Android 10, and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G octa-core processor with 6GB/8GB RAM. It comes with 128GB/256GB of storage and supports up to 256GB of expandable memory via a dedicated microSD card slot.
In terms of optics, the Realme 7 Pro has a quad camera set up comprising a 64MP Sony IMX682 sensor with an f/1.7 aperture, an 8MP ultra wide-angle lens that has an f/2.3 aperture, 119° FOV, a 2MP portrait lens with an f/2.4 aperture, a 2MP macro lens, with 4cm focus, an f/2.4 aperture and an LED flash.
The Realme 7 Pro is backed by two 3C high rate 2250mAh cells (4500mAh battery) that supports 65W SuperDART Charge over a USB Type-C port. It can charge the phone from 0 to 100% in just 34 minutes. The company says the charging process is controlled to be below 40 degrees, to prevent overheating.

The Realme 7 Pro has been priced at Rs. 19,999 for the 6GB/128GB variant, and at Rs. 21,999 for the 8GB/128GB model. The first sale of the phone will be held at 12 Noon on September 14th at Flipkart and realme.com. The phone comes in 2 colours: Mirror Silver and Mirror Blue.

The Realme 7 has a similar design, but is equipped with a 6.5-inches LCD display that has a 90Hz refresh rate, 120Hz Touch Sampling Rate, 90.5% screen-to-body ratio, 405 PPI. It is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass. The phone has a 16MP selfie camera with a Sony IMX 471 sensor and an f/2.1 aperture
The device runs on Realme UI based on Android 10 and is powered by a MediaTek Helio G95 octa-core processor with an ARM Mali-G76 MC4 GPU, 6GB/8GB of RAM and 64GB/128GB of UFS 2.1 storage. The Realme 7 is backed by a 5000 mAh battery which charges over a USB Type-C port, and supports 30W DART Charge that can fully charge the phone in 65 minutes.
