After nearly a dozen leaks or so, Samsung has finally announced the Galaxy S21 series. Meet the Samsung Galaxy S21, Galaxy S21+ and the Galaxy S21 Ultra. Here’s everything you need to know about the latest flagship devices.
Samsung Galaxy S21
The Samsung Galaxy S21 features a 6.2-inch Full HD+ flat screen with an Infinity-O design. The display is a Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel that supports 48-120hz Refresh Rate, HDR10+, 421 PPI pixel density and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7. The screen includes an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor. The front camera is a 10MP selfie lens with an f/2.2 aperture, and an 80° FOV.
The phone runs on One UI 3.1 based on Android 11, and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 / Exynos 2100 octa-core processor with 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM, and 128GB/256GB of storage. The device has triple cameras on the rear with a 64MP Telephoto lens that has an, f/2.0 aperture, 76° wide-angle, a 12MP 120° Ultra wide-angle lens with an f/2.2 aperture, a 12MP 79° wide-angle lens, that has an f/1.8 aperture, 3X Hybrid Optical Zoom, and an LED Flash. The Galaxy S21 is backed by a 4,000 mAh battery that supports fast charging over a USB Type-C connector.
All three phones in the series are IP 64 rated for IP68 water and dust resistance. The devices do not have a 3.5mm headphone jack. The Galaxy S21 series supports 5G mobile networks, NFC, Wi-Fi AX among other connectivity options.

The Samsung Galaxy S21 Plus is similar to the regular model, but has a bigger display at 6.7-inches. The battery capacity is also larger at 4,800 mAh.

Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra
The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra is equipped with a 6.8-inch QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED 2x display with a resolution of 3200 x 1440 pixels. It is an Infinity-O-Edge screen, and the S21 Ultra is the only device in the S21 series with a curved screen. It supports 10-120hz adaptive refresh rate, 1600 nits brightness, 515 PPI pixel density. The screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7 and has an Ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner. The selfie camera on the screen is a 40MP sensor with an 80° FOV, an f/2.2 aperture.

The Samsung Galaxy S21 price starts at $799, the Galaxy S21+ costs $799, while the Galaxy S21 Ultra carries a price tag of $1199. The devices are available for pre-order starting today, and will ship from January 29th.
