The version number of the Android 11 Update for 8.1 is v6.190, it weighs about 1.53GB to download. The firmware bumps the Google Security Patch to the March monthly update.
Technical details about the update for Nokia 2.3 are not available yet.
The update for both phones are available for 10% of users in these regions now. The company will broaden the roll-out to 50% of users by April 10th, and will start seeding the update to all users from April 12th.
