Acer has launched three Android phones at the MWC 2015 in Barcelona.
The three phones are the Acer Liquid Z220, the Z520 and the Jade Z.
The Z220 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 200 processor clocked at 1.2 GHz, and 1 GB of RAM. It comes with 8 GB of storage, and runs on Android 5.0 Lollipop, making it the first Acer mobile to run on the latest iteration of Google’s OS.
The phone has a 5 Megapixel rear camera with LED flash, and 89 degree wide view angle, and a 2 Megapixel front camera.The device will be available in single and Dual SIM variants.

This phone is similar to the 220, ecxept that it has an 8 Megapixels camera with voice controls for selfies, and also has deliver DTS Studio Sound speakers to deliver high clarity audio.

Both phones come with Quick Mode with 3 profiles corresponding to different types of users:
• Basic Mode: for youngsters with fixed call and text functions
• Easy Mode: for silver surfers with access to quick messages, radio, weather, clock, quick call contacts
• Standard Mode: for the advance smartphone user familiar with the Android interface.
Acer Liquid Jade Z
The Jade Z is a slightly high end phone, powered by a 64-bit quad-core Mediatek processor. It features a 5” HD IPS Display protected by Corning Gorilla Glass3 and Zero Air Gap to reduce reducing unwanted reflections. It also has a special Read Mode feature, which protects the eyes by eliminating the blue-light emissions.
The Jade Z sports a 13 Megapixel rear camera with voice controls, and an f/1.8 aperture, which supports low light mode by allowing 20% more light to the sensor. Acer Bright Magic, can integrate multiple photos into a single one.
The front camera is a 5 megapixel lens with an f/2.2 aperture, and capable of capturing low light selfies. The Jade Z supports 4G LTE (Cat.4) Networks.
