Huawei Honor Note 8 was launched in September 2016 and it seems that its successor Huawei Honor Note 9 is already in works. Huawei Honor Note 8 sports a 6.60-inch touchscreen Quad HD or 2K display with resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels and is powered by octa-core Kirin 955 processor along with 4 GB of RAM. It comes with 32 GB of internal storage with expandable storage support up to 128 GB via microSD card. Huawei Honor Note 8 features 13-megapixel main rear primary camera and a 8-megapixel front shooter for selfies. It runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow based operating system and is backed by 4500 mAh non removable battery.
An alleged image of Huawei Honor Note 9 has surfaced on the web and gives us a sneak peek into the back panel of the device along with rumored technical specifications. The leaked image suggests a dual camera setup at the back just like many other Honor smartphones. Honor Note 8 features just a single main rear camera of 12 megapixel. We can also see the fingerprint sensor at the back along with Honor branding at bottom.
The leak also suggests that Honor Note 9 sports a 5.7 inch 2K display with a resolution of 2560 x 1440 pixels. If the rumor is true, that will mark a considerable drop in display size from 6.6 inch in Honor Note 8 to 5.7 inch in its successor which makes it quite odd. The leak also suggests that Home Button at front will also be integrated with the display and the phone would be powered by Huawei Kirin 960 along with 4 GB of RAM and 64 GB of internal storage.
At the moment, Company is yet to announce any official launch dates or any other details for Huawei Honor Note 9. As with any other leak, take this with a pinch of salt. Stay tuned at Androidpure and we will keep you updated.
