An Alleged Nokia 7.1 Plus render has been leaked, and it reveals the design of the phone. The phone is the newest device from HMD GLobal, and could be launched as the Nokia X7 in China.
The design is nothing special, the Nokia 7.1 Plus sports a notch display on the front, and a giant chin which defeats the purpose of a high screen to body ratio.
The notch is home to the selfie lens, ear piece and the proximity sensor. And the chin has a Nokia logo on it. The Nokia 7.1 Plus render features the stock Android launcher, but it isn’t a regular Nokia device, the Nokia 7.Plus is an Android One device.
The screen in the render shows a single mobile network identicator on the status bar, which could mean that the phone is a Single SIM device, at least in some markets.
The phone’s rear houses dual cameras from Carl Zeiss, placed vertically, along with an LED Flash. The Nokia 7.1 Plus render also shows the fingerprint scanner on the back panel. You can also see the Android One logo on the back.
Rumours indicate that the Nokia 7.1 Plus is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 processor with 6GB of RAM. The device is expected to come with 128GB of internal storage, and might launch with Android Pie 9.0.
The device doesn’t have an official launch date yet.
