Just yesterday, we reported that set of images leaked on the web, allegedly the Renders of upcoming Samsung Galaxy S8 smartphone showing the device in full glory with views from front, back and sides. Today, we have spotted a new image which can be said as the first look of Samsung Galaxy S8 provided the leak is genuine. The image shows the Galaxy S8 display in powered on condition.
The leaked image matches with the earlier leaked render with new design which gets rid of thick bezels around the device and makes them as minimum as possible. The bezels at top and bottom are much narrower than what we see in Galaxy S7. There is the Samsung logo at the bottom, but there is no Home button. The fingerprint sensor may be embedded with the display itself. We can see the front camera at the top along with possibly the Iris scanner module that finds its way from Note 7.
Samsung Galaxy S8 is expected to be launched in April 2017 as per recent rumors, though earlier rumors indicated a possible launch at the 26th February 2017. Samsung is yet to announce any official details about the possible launch of its next flagship device, but thanks to Note 7 fiasco they are over-cautious before jumping the gun for Galaxy S8.
As with any other leak reported on Androidpure, take this leak with a pinch of salt. Stay tuned and we will keep you updated.
