Samsung Galaxy S8 is expected to be made official at an event in New York on March 29, with sales starting from April 21. Recent rumors indicate two variants would be announced with different display sizes i.e. a 5.8 inch display variant priced at €799 and another 6.2 inch variant priced at €899. We have already seen alleged leaked images of the upcoming Samsung flagship device, as recent as few days back from @evleaks.
Today we have a new leak which allegedly is the official press render of Galaxy S8. This leak matches almost exactly with the last one from @evleaks with fingerprint sensor at the back along with main camera and LED flash. On the front though, its difficult to compare this leak with earlier one as the bezels were not visible in the earlier one as it seems to been shot in dark, but it doesn’t match with the earlier glass panel leak which means that one of these two leaks are not genuine.
In terms of specifications, Galaxy S8 (in US) is expected to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 835 processor along with 4 GB of RAM and at least 64 GB of expandable storage space. In terms of battery backup, 5.8-inch variant is backed by 3000 mAh battery, while the bigger 6.2-inch variant is backed by a 3500 mAh battery.
As with any other leak, take this with a pinch of salt. Stay tuned at Androidpure and we will keep you updated.
