OnePlus has released Oxygen OS 10 and it brings the Android 10 update for OnePlus 6 and OnePlus 6T. Here’s what’s new in the update.

The OTA patches the phone to the October Android Security patch. It adds a new UI design, and now has an option that lets you select the Quick settings icon shape.Android 10‘s location permissions are new included for better privacy.
OnePlus has improved the full screen gestures to add a swipe to go back. To use this, swipe from the left or right edge of the screen (similar to what MIUI has). There is a new navigation bar on the bottom which you can use to switch to other apps (swipe left or right).
The Android 10 update for OnePlus 6 also adds Game Space, where you can access all your games, and the company says it offers a better gaming experience.
The Ambient Display now has a Contextual Display, which gathers information based on the time, location and event. You can access this from Settings > Display > Ambient Display > Contextual Display.
There is a new blocking filter which lets you block spam messages using specific keywords. This is available at Messages > Spam > Settings > Blocking settings.
The Android 10 update for OnePlus 6 had initially been delayed due to a bug related to the fingerprint scanner, but it has been fixed already. Many users at the OnePlus forums have reported they have installed the update. The update has been rolling out in stages, so if you haven’t got the OTA yet, you may have to check for updates manually.
