OnePlus has begun rolling out its fastest custom firmware to its current flagships. OxygenOS 11 brings the Android 11 Update for OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro.

OxygenOS 11 brings a new design for the quick settings, weather UI and other visual elements. Dark Mode has a quick toggle and can be set to turn on automatically. The update adds 5 new themes to Zen Mode.
Game Space now supports mistouch prevention, new tools for immersive gaming, text-only notifications, heads up and block. It also includes quick reply for Instagram, WhatsApp which when enabled displays the message in a small window.
The OnePlus 8 series now supports Always-On Ambient Display which is customizable. It brings 10 new clocks including a new option called Insight Clock that can display your usage data.
The Gallery app has a new feature called Story that can display stories automatically from photos and video that were taken during the week. The app is now faster to load and display image previews.
Screenshots from users at the OnePlus forums indicate that the Android 11 Update for OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro weighs about 2833MB (2.8GB) to download.
OnePlus has confirmed that OxygenOS 11 will also be released for OnePlus 7T Pro, OnePlus 7T, OnePlus 7Pro, OnePlus 7, OnePlus 6T, OnePlus 6 and OnePlus Nord.
