Just one week after Google rolled out the Android 4.4.1 update to multiple nexus devices, Another small update is already rolling out to multiple nexus devices. It is labelled as Android 4.4.2 and it comes with various bug fixes and security enhancements. Even though Google is yet to announce it, but Sprint announced about this Android 4.4.2 update on Nexus 5.
As per Sprint, Google Nexus 5 Software Update Android 4.4.2 KOT49H covers the following:
- Fix for clearing the VM Indicator
- Fix for delivery of the VM Indicator
- Various additional software fixes
- Security enhancements
As per Androidpolice, the update has been received for the following devices.
- Nexus 4,
- Nexus 5,
- 2012 Nexus 7 Wi-Fi,
- 2012 Nexus 7 3G,
- 2013 Nexus 7 Wi-Fi,
- 2013 Nexus 7 LTE,
- Nexus 10
