If you own a Moto X smartphone on AT&T network, here is some good news. Motorola and AT&T is rolling out Android 4.4.2 update for Moto X. With this update, Moto X users will get the latest version of the Android OS i.e Android 4.4.2, KitKat along with some important bug fixes.
The update brings following changes and bug fixes:
- support for printing photos, Google Docs, GMail messages, and other content via Wi-Fi, Bluetooth and hosted services like Google Cloud Print and HP ePrinters.
- Improved battery life by fixing bugs which caused a small number of users to experience shorter battery life after upgrading to Android 4.4.
- Fixed email sync delays bug that could cause email services like Microsoft Exchange to experience intermittent delays in data synchronization.
- International roaming fix which earlier caused data connectivity issues for AT&T Moto X users while traveling outside the US.
After performing this update, your Moto X will be updated to 165.44.1.ghost_att.ATT.en.US firmware.
The update must have already arrived on your device if you are on AT&T. IF not, then you can check manually by going to About Phone >> System Updates and selecting Download.
