The Samsung Galaxy Note 4 has gotten a taste of Android 6.0 Marshmallow, even before the current flagships, the Note 5 and the S6 have, a report reveals.
But it doesn’t seems to be an official update rollout, it’s more likely a leak or an accidental launch.
Anyway, here are some screenshots from the updated firmware N910FXXU1DOL3X. Features that the update adds include the Note 5’s screen-off memo function, using which you can take notes with your S-Pen immediately after taking it out of the slot.
The report says that the performance of the device has been improved (animations), despite some lags in the app switcher. New app icons, and the Note 5’s Air Command menu make up for the other changes in the latest firmware. The TouchWiz hasn’t changed, and retains the same status bar.
