While Google’s Nexus devices are already enjoying the taste of Chocolaty KitKat, the rest of the users are either waiting for OTA updates from their manufacturers, or custom ROMs to be ported for their devices.
Well, there is one less thing to wait for Apex Launcher fans. The latest beta brings some goodness from Android 4.4.
Here is the official change log for the latest beta version:
version 2.2.0 beta1 (Nov 19, 2013)
- Kitkat scroll indicator (homescreen)
- Kitkat folder background
- Transparent system bars on Kitkat
- Fixed icon/shortcut disappearing
- Updated translations
And a few screenshots from my Samsung phone which is still running Android 4.2.2.
And one from my Nexus 7 2012 which is running Android 4.4
