A roadmap of ASUS’ Android 5.0 Lollipop was leaked on the ASUS ZenTalk forums.
We already told you that the Zenfones will be getting Android L, and here is more proof.
The list of ASUS devices getting Android 5.0 Lollipop include:
- Zenfone 4 (A400CG/A450CG)
- Zenfone 5
- Zenfone 5 LTE
- Zenfone 6
- PadFone S
- PadFone Infinity
The company plans to roll out the updates for te Zenfones and the PadFone S in April 2015, with the PadFone Infinity set to get the update in June 2015. Google is rumored to roll out the first OTA updates for Android 5.0 Lollipop to the Nexus 7, and Nexus 10 on November 3rd.
So, an update scheduled for April would be 4 months away, i.e, 120 days. That is quite a long wait, unlike HTC, which has promised the updates within 90 days after the launch of Lollipop.
