ASUS has launched a new variant of its Zenfone 2 Laser today in India.
The phone is called the Asus Zenfone 2 Laser 5.5, and bears the model number ZE550KL-1C123IN .
The device flaunts a 5.5-inch HD 720p IPS Display, protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 4. The phone runs on Android 5.0 Lollip, and is powered by a 64-bit 1.5 GHz octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 (MSM8939) processor with 3GB of RAM.
The Zenfone 2 Laser 5.5 comes with 16GB of internal storage, and supports up to 128GB of expandable storage. The phone features a 13 megapixel rear camera, with an f/2.0 Aperture, 5-element Lens, Laser Auto Focus, and Dual Color LED Flash. The selfie lens is a 5 megapixel front Camera.
The phone supports Dual SIM cards with LTE on both slots. Other connectivity options in the device include Bluetooth 4.0, WiFi, A-GPS, GLONASS. The Zenfone 2 Laser comes with a plethora of sensors Accelerometer, eCompass, Proximity Sensor, Ambient Light Sensor, Hall Sensor.
The device measures at 77.2 x 152.5 x 10.8 mm, and weighs at 170 g. The phone is backed by a 3000 mAh Li-Polymer battery.
