ASUS has begun teasing its upcoming phones in the Zenfone 3 series. The Taiwan based company released a video teaser which you can find in this article.
And yes the picture above is of the new phones, three of them, in various sizes.
The one on the far right could be a phablet with a 5.5-inch or 6-inch display, while the other two could be 5.2 and 5.5 inch devices. The video mentions three words: Clarity, Desire, Unlimited.
The video also shows the designs of the phones, the smaller variants have a rectangular camera (similar to Samsung’s) with a metallic RIM, dual LED Flash, and laser auto focus.
The phablet however, has the camera in the top right corner (left in the image along with an LED Flash), This suggests it may not be a flagship variant.
There is a vertical rectangle below the camera, which could be the volume rocker, the odd shape doesn’t seem like a finger print scanner.
At the 22nd second the video features the Power button, which may be housing the fingerprint scanner.
This is because the front panel seen at 0:25 in the video, does not have any buttons.
At the 5th second in the video, you can see a shiny back panel which looks like Glass, and at the 0:13 second, you can see the metallic front panel.
The 3 phones which can be seen from 0:26 to 0:28 appear to have a metal frame.
The ASUS Zenfone 3 is scheduled to be launched on May 30th at the Computex tech show in Taipei.
