Just ahead of the official launch of Asus Zenfone 6, press renders of the flagship device has leaked which confirms the design details of the phone. Looking at these renders, you can clearly see the full-screen display without any notch without any in-display fingerprint sensor. The conventional fingerprint sensor is placed on the rear panel.
Asus appears to have used a flip camera design for Zenfone 6, clearly steered away from the popup camera design that we have seen in flagship devices such as OnePlus 7 Pro. The dual camera module is part of the flip camera module which can be used for both the rear shots as well as the front selfies.
We have already seen alleged hands-on of Zenfone 6 along with partial hardware specifications such as 5,000 mAh battery along with 48MP primary sensor and Qualcomm Snapdragon 855. Other details are still not known. Asus India confirms some of these details such as 5,000 mAh battery and design by trolling OnePlus using the tweet below.

Asus Zenfone 6 may feature 48MP primary sensor, 5000 mAh battery; Audio jack, triple slot confirmed
Asus Zenfone 6 is set to be unveiled next week at Valencia, Spain on May 16 2019. Not much is known about the device but the official teaser page confirms that the phone will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon processor. Additional information comes from benchmark portals such as Geekbench and AnTuTu which indicates that it comes with Snapdragon 855 processor along with 6GB of RAM and runs Android 9 Pie.
Some reports from China suggest three variants of the Asus ZenFone 6. The base variant will have 6GB RAM + 128GB of ROM, priced at TWD 19,990 (~Rs.45,000), followed by 8GB RAM + 256GB ROM, priced at TWD 23,990 (~Rs. 54,000) while the top variant features 12GB RAM + 512GB ROM, priced at TWD 29,990 (~Rs. 67,000).

A new official teaser from Asus confirms some additional details about Zenfone 6. The new teaser confirms that the phone is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 and retains the 3.5mm Audio Jack. It features a triple slot for two sim cards and dedicated MicroSD card. There is an additional smart key button in addition to the Volume rocker and Power button. The Notification LED is also visible.
apart from these details, we have some additional information which comes from Marcel Campos, who is Head of Global Marketing Operations at ASUS in the form of cryptic Morse code messages on his Instagram account. Here is the morse code:
.-.. .. –. ..- . .–. .- .-. .- —.. ….. ….. -….- ….- —.. .—- …– -….- ….. —– —– —– . ..-. .- .-.. . -.-. — — … – . .–. …. .- -. .–. .- -. – — .-.. — — . ..- . -.. ..- .- .-. -.. — -.-. .- — .–. — … … .. .-.. …- .-
If you convert this Morse code to normal language, it comes out as :
LIGUEPARA 855-4813-5000 EFALECOMSTEPHANPANTOLOMEU EDUARDO CAMPOS SILVA
This is basically in the Portuguese language, but if you skip everything except the number, you are left with 855-4813-5000 which gives you some clues about Zenfone 6. The first 855 basically tells you the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor, while the 48 & 13 probably represent the 48MP primary camera sensor and 13MP secondary sensor. The last number i.e. 5,000 probably represent the 5,000 mAh battery. If you remember, Asus packs the 5,000 mAh battery in their popular mid-range device Zenfone Max Pro M2 without making it thick.
We have not seen any flagship device that comes with 5,000 mAh battery and to be honest we are not so sure if this assumption will turn out as true. Stay tuned at AndroidPure and we will keep you updated.
