Leaked images of the ASUS Zenfone 8 and Zenfone 8 Flip have surfaced. And it appears that the Taiwan brand is sticking to the design of the Zenfone 6 and Zenfone 7, at least for one of the upcoming models.
Let’s take a look at the regular Zenfone 8, it has a hole-punch selfie camera in the top left corner of the screen. The design tallies with a teaser image that was shared by ASUS recently. The phone is powered by an octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 5G processor, with a 5.92-inches Full HD+ display. The deice has 8GB of RAM, 127GB of storage. It is backed by a 4,000 mAh battery that supports 30W fast charging.
The leaked ASUS Zenfone 8 specs sheet mentions that the phone retains the 3.5mm headphone jack. The phone weighs 170g, and is 148 x 68.5 x 9mm in terms of dimensions. In the optics department, the device has dual cameras with a 64MP primary lens, and a 12MP macro lens.
The ASUS Zenfone 8 Flip’s design is reminiscent of the Zenfone 6 and Zenfone 7. The leaked images courtesy of 91 Mobiles, shows triple cameras housed in a motorized module. It features a 64Mp primary lens, an 8MP telephoto lens and a 12MP macro sensor. The device weighs at 230g and sums up to 165 x 77.3 x 9.5mm.
The Zenfone 8 Flip houses a 5,000 mAh battery with 30W fast charging, is powered by a Snapdragon 888 SoC, with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The phone has a 6.67-inches Full HD+ AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. Both Zenfone 8 variants have an accented power button.
