We are still a week away from the official launch of Asus Zenfone Max Pro M2 with leaks surfacing each day. Today, we have official press renders of the phone that are released by Asus itself confirming the design of the device & matches with the earlier leaks.
It also confirms the dual camera module at the rear along with conventional fingerprint sensor and there is no triple camera as some of the earlier leaks suggested.

ASUS Zenfone Max 2 and Zenfone Max Pro M2 leaked renders appear ahead of launch
Earlier today we reported that ASUS will be launching the Zenfone Max Pro M2 in India, on December 11th. And now, a set of Zenfone Max 2 and Zenfone Max Pro M2 leaked renders have been spotted online.
This is the upcoming Max Pro M2 leaked photo, courtesy WinFuture. The device reportedly sports a 6.0-inch Full HD+ display, with a 19:9 aspect ratio thanks to the notch design.
And this the Max M2 leaked render, which shows a similar, but a slightly wider notch. Both phones house the selfie lens in the notch, and have a chin bezel.
The report says that the Zenfone Max M2 is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 636 processor clocked at 1.8GHz with 4GB RAM and 32GB/64GB of storage. The Zenfone Max M2 Pro, however boasts a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 @2.2GHz, 4GB RAM and 64GB/128GB of storage.
We can see from the Zenfone Max M2’s pictures that the device has dual cameras on the rear with an LED Flash, and one of those is supposedly a 13MP lens. The Zenfone Max M2 Pro leaked spec sheet indicates that the device has a 5MP secondary camera, and ASUS has already confirmed that the primary lens is a 12MP Sony IMX 486 sensor with an f/1.8 aperture.
We know that the phone backed by a 5000mAh battery, and rumours say that the Max M2 could feature a similar cell.
Other design aspects we noticed in these Zenfone Max M2 Pro leaked renders is the presence of a 3.5mm headphone jack, what looks like micro-USB (oh come on, ASUS!), and a rear placed fingerprint scanner.

We will know whether the ASUS Zenfone Max M2 Pro leaked technical specifications are the real deal, on December 11. ASUS is launching the Max M2 in Indonesia on the same day, but we are not sure if it will arrive in India.
