OnePlus 6T is expected to be launched on October 17 and we have already seen loads of leaks around this upcoming flagship smartphone from OnePlus. The leaks include alleged Press renders, a few hardware specifications and ditching of the 3.5mm audio jack. But obviously, we need to wait for the official launch to know all the details including the pricing and availability details.
OnePlus 6T Porsche Edition??
OnePlus CEO Pete Lau today has used his official Weibo handle to quote images of Porsche 911 GT3 RS – ONEPLUS EDITION that is based on the lava red version OnePlus 6 smartphone by terming it as “cool”. Even though this doesn’t say anything about any Porshe edition of OnePlus 6T, yet the timing of this just ahead of the official launch of OnePlus 6T suggests that a OnePlus 6T Porsche Edition maybe is in works, though we can’t be sure.
Other brands such as Oppo and Huawei has done this cross-border collaboration with Automobile companies with Oppo Find X Lamborghini edition or Huawei Mate 10 Porshe Edition. Even Oneplus released an Avengers Infinity War Edition of OnePlus 6 just a few months back.
OnePlus 6T is expected to feature a 6.41 inches OLED panel with a water drop display, which supports a Full HD+ screen resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels. The flagship device comes with an in-display fingerprint scanner and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 845 processor. It is rumoured to be backed by a 3,700 mAh battery, which is about 400mAh higher than the OnePlus 6, an excuse which OnePlus used to ditch the headphone jack.
As with any other rumour, take this with a pinch of salt. Stay tuned at AndroidPure and we will keep you updated.
