Chrooma Keyboard has hit version 3.0, after being in beta for a while. The update brings in a plethora of new features fpr the keyboard app.
Let’s see what the most noticeable changes are.
Firstly, there are two new keyboard styles, which are available for premium users. The app now supports custom gesture trail colours, which allows you to select from a choice of preset colour options, or pick from a palette, or enter a hex code. The emogi page has been restyled, and now looks a bit cleaner and well organized.
The Action Row now allows you to swipe to delete words quickly. But we found that the new cursor control is more useful. Do you get annoyed when you find that one letter in a word at the middle of a sentence is wrong, and instead of correcting it, you sometimes accidentally delete the whole sentence? Well you won’t need to do that anymore. Tap the spacebar and drag it to the left or right to move the cursor to the corresponding direction.
You can also Swipe to the left of the spacebar to switch to the keyboard’s one hand mode. Swipe right to switch back.
The developers have also improved the keyboard’s text suggestion and prediction functions, and that it has some new settings as well.
