Remember the Coolpad Dazen Note 3 teaser about which wrote an article a few months ago?
Well, the company stunned the World, when it announced the super-specced phone will be launched in India.
The Coolpad Dazen Note 3 sports a 5.5.-inch HD 720 Display and will run on QIKU’s 360 OS, which debuted in China in August.
The phablet is powered by an octa-core MediaTek MT6753 64-bit processor, coupled with 2GB of RAM. The CEO of Coolpad India, Varun Sharma, previously suggested that the Indian variant of the Dazen Note 3 could feature 3GB RAM.
Onboard storage on the device is of 16GB, but fortunately, the phablet supports expandable memory. The Dazen Note 3 adorns a 13-megapixel rear camera with LED flash and auto focus, while the selfie lens is a 5-megapixel front camera. A 3,000 mAh battery powers the phablet, which supports 4G LTE.
But the one thing which the company did not mention was, the ETA about the launch date of the Note 3. Well, that mystery may have been solved today. Look closely at the above invite which Coolpad sent us, and you will notice the fingerprint design on the sides of the image.
And then there is the phrase about the “new benchmark”, which is a clear reference to the Dazen Note 3 being the benchmark against which other devices in the budget phone segment will be measured against. The reason behind the logic is simple, the Dazen Note 3 will have a fingerprint scanner and the only phone to have one in the the Rs. 10,000 segment.
The invite also suggests that the Coolpad Dazen Note 3 will be sold exclusively through Amazon India.
Androidpure will be at the launch event on October 8th, so stay tuned for more updates.
