With just released Android 4.4 Kitkat, suddenly all the hype has shifted to Android 4.4 from Android 4.3. Stable CyanogenMod 10.2 builds for Android 4.3 are still not out. CyanogenMod is shipping out the inital M1 builds for almost 70 devices today. THe builds are already on the server but will take few hours before you can download them. The list of 70 devices are not available but you can safely assume that your device will be on that list if a nightly build of 10.2 is available for your device.
M1 release can be regarded as a pretty stable build if not the fully stable build. You can install the M1 build on your device when it is out unless you are waiting for Android 4.4 and your device is on the list of devices that are getting Android 4.4 soon.
After this M1 release for the 70 devices, M2 build will follow on and then eventually the final stable version for each device. Obviously it will take some time before CyanogenMod 10.2 stable builds are out.
Also, CyanogenMod is starting to work parrallel for the Android 4.4, even though nothing is clear about the list of devices that will get the Android 4.4 Kitkat builds.
