OnePlus has officially announced the roll out of the CyanogenOS 13 update for the OnePlus One. The news was actually teased yesterday by the company’s Indian blog, which suggested that the Cyanogen update for 13.0 (ZNH0EAS26M) based on Android 6.0 Marshmallow will be rolled out tomorrow.
And it is here, as promised.
What’s more, a user managed to capture the CyanogenOS 13 OTA Update URL for the OnePlus One.

Note: This update should be installed over the CyanogenOS 12.1 stock firmware. If you are using a custom ROM like Cyanogenmod, you will need to revert to the CyanogenOS 12.1 firmware, and then update to CyanogenOS 13.
We advise reading these threads (1 and 2) before updating to the new firmware.
Speaking of Cyanogen, the company’s chief, Steve Kondik dropped a comment at the OnePlus Forums, apologizing for the delay in releasing the update. Apparently, there were some bugs which caused the company to apply thrice for the certification process from Google.
He also mentioned that version 13.1 is in the works, and hinted that there will be a faster update to Android N, when it is officially launched by Google.
