Gionee has launched its latest flagship phone, the Elife S7, in India.
The company unveiled the phone at an event in Hyderabad today, and Androidpure was present to cover the launch.
Gionee announced the Elife S7, a month ago, at the Mobile World Congress 2015, in Barcelona. The phone is just 5.5 mm in thickness, and flaunts a 5.2-inch Super AMOLED Full HD (1080P) display.The screen has a pixel density of 424 PPI.
The phone has a solid U shaped skeleton with Nano molding plastic with a stainless steel interior, and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3 on the front & the back.
The Elife S7 is powered by a 64-bit 1.7GHz octa-core MediaTek MTK 6752 processor and 2GB RAM. The device runs on Amigo OS 3.0 atop Android 5.0 Lollipop. It has 16 GB of internal storage, which cannot be expanded, i.e no microSD card support. The phone sports a 13 megapixel autofocus rear Camera and an 8.0 megapixel front camera. The rear camera is flat and has 0 mm protrusion.
The Elife S7 supports dual SIM, multi-band and multi-mode for 4G FDD/TDD LTE and 3G WCDMA/TDSCDMA networks. The phone is backed by a 2700 mAh battery.
The Elife S7 will be available in three colours: Black, Blue, and White.
