The Gionee Elife S8 flagship phone has been spotted on benchmarking website, GFXBench.
The phone has a 4.6-inch Full HD 1080p display, and runs on Android 6.0 Marshmallow.
The Elife S8 is powered by an octa-core (CortexA53 ARMv8) MediaTek Helio P10 MT6755 processor, with 4GB of RAM and a Mali-T860 GPU.
The phone has 64GB of internsl storage, with 53GB being available to the user. The S8 sports a 16 megapixel rear camera with autofocus, face detection, LED flash, HDR and an 8 megapixel front camera capable of recording 4K UltraHD videos.
The S8 also has a lot of sensors: accelerometer, bluetooth, compass, gps, gyroscope, lightsensor, pedometer and a proximity sensor. The phone supports a single SIM card, and has no NFC support, and there is no mention of a fingerprint scanner either.
The Gionee Elife S8 is set to be launched on February 22nd at MWC 2016.
